Greys are looking for an experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity within an established in-house Occupational Health & Wellbeing team, providing a rare chance to lead, shape, and influence how workplace health is delivered.

The role:

As Senior Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day running of a multidisciplinary occupational health service. That means providing support to the team of nurses, technicians, and coordinators, while also maintaining a 50% clinical caseload of your own.

You will deputise for the Head of Health & Wellbeing, ensure KPIs are met, and keep everything running smoothly. 

What you will bring

  • Proven occupational health experience

  • Occupational health qualification (degree or diploma)

  • Strong track record in case management and health surveillance

  • Experience managing health and wellbeing projects and initiatives

  • Leadership skills and the ability to deliver against KPIs

  • Awareness of current occupational health and wellbeing legislation

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
